Taziker Industrial, well known in the rail industry for repairing and refurbishing such iconic structures as the Tay and Royal Albert railway bridges and the historic Iron Bridge near Telford, has rebranded itself simply as Taziker, with a new website and a new slogan: Infrastructure – Access – Engineering – Industrial.
Often referred to simply as TI, Taziker has updated its branding so that it now reflects its full business offering. The company started life as a grit-blasting and industrial painting contractor in the 1960s, but its growth over recent years has led expansion into other fields. The multi-million pound turnover business now includes engineering, access solutions and industrial services and employs 650 people.
The simplified name unifies operations, while retaining the family feeling, and the new logo gives a strong visual identity – with bold shapes and a unique colour palette which is easily identifiable – that will enable it to stand out, not just within the construction industry, but throughout the country.
The rebrand follows a difficult period due to the coronavirus pandemic, however, with additional health and safety measures in place for sites and offices,
Taziker has been able to deliver essential infrastructure projects and secure a consistent level of work during the current period of uncertainty due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), and the recent award of the Bristol Temple Meads station refurbishment for Network Rail has provides it with yet another long-term project.
Interim chief executive officer Jane Ratcliffe commented on the company’s new image: “This name evolution and rebrand represents a significant step in the company’s growth strategy and future ambitions.
“Taziker has advanced a great deal from its conception in the 1960s. Our infrastructure business unit not only delivers our core services of grit-blasting and painting, but we have grown to include civil engineering, mechanical and electrical, and buildings services.
“In addition, we have engineering services; access solutions through our Network Scaffolding business; and industrial services which will see us become a leading multi-discipline contractor.
“We expect our business to continue to grow throughout 2020, and we are excited to offer our clients a more integrated approach to engineering and construction problem solving.”
