Henri Poupart-Lafarge, Chief Executive Officer of Alstom, has announced that he will not to seek a fourth term as CEO at the end of his current term, which expires at the General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the financial year ending 31 March 2027.
As a result, the Board of Directors has decided to launch the process of identifying his successor, in order to ensure a smooth transition. Henri Poupart-Lafarge will remain Chief Executive Officer of the Group until his successor is appointed.
The Directors also stated that they are pleased with the very good annual results published on 14 May, which demonstrate the excellence of Henri Poupart-Lafarge’s management.
