Stanton Bonna, part of the Consolis Group – Europe’s largest precast concrete producer – and a leading UK manufacturer of precast concrete drainage systems, pressure systems and railway products, has announced the appointment of Daniel Cross (29) to the role of commercial director.
Once he had graduated with BA Hons in Business Management in 2012, Daniel started working in the specialist sales team at Stanton Bonna Concrete, primarily responsible for the rail side of the business. Having cut his teeth on large tenders with complex negotiations, Daniel then took a managerial role as sales and operations manager of SBC Rail in October 2016.
In May 2018, Daniel’s role expanded to include managing the core drainage part of the business in the position of commercial manager.
It is the invaluable knowledge and experience that Daniel has gained over the last seven years across all commercial functions in the business, together with his “balanced approach, positive character and forward-thinking attitude”, that has led to him being appointed commercial director.
